Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-08-01
Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms set out the conditions and procedures for using the luggage delivery service ("Luggage Delivery") and luggage storage service ("Luggage Storage") provided by AIGENT (service name: Pack&Fly; the "Company"), as well as the rights and obligations of the Company and the user.
Article 2 (Definitions)
1. "Luggage Delivery": a service in which the Company collects, transports, and delivers luggage between the user's accommodation, Gimhae Airport, or a location designated by the Company.
2. "Luggage Storage": a service in which the user leaves luggage at a storage location partnered with the Company (a "Hub") and collects it in person.
3. "Hub": a shop or other luggage intake/storage location that has a partnership agreement with the Company. Physical storage at the Hub is performed by the Hub, while booking, payment, customer service, and compensation intake are handled by the Company.
4. "Booking Number": a unique number issued upon completion of a booking. Without logging in, the user can check the booking details and status using the Booking Number.
Article 3 (Formation of Contract)
1. The service contract is formed when the user submits a booking and agrees to these Terms, and the Company then confirms the booking by email or messenger.
2. The Company may decline to confirm a booking for reasons such as vehicle/staffing conditions, addresses outside the service area, or Hub capacity limits; in such cases, any amount paid is refunded in full.
3. If the service cannot proceed because the user cannot be reached via the contact details provided (email, phone, messenger), the Company may cancel the booking.
Article 4 (Service Area and Hours)
1. Luggage Delivery is provided within central Busan. The Songjeong, Gijang, and Jeonggwan areas are subject to a long-distance surcharge, and areas outside Busan require a separate inquiry.
2. Airport hand-off and collection take place at Gimhae Airport, International Terminal. The specific meeting place and time are provided before the service by email/messenger.
3. If a flight is delayed, the user must notify the Company as soon as possible. The Company will adjust the delivery time to the extent that same-day operations allow.
Article 5 (Fees and Payment)
1. Fees follow the amounts shown on the booking screen. The displayed currency may vary by language, and payment is made via PayPal (card) or cash.
2. Luggage Storage fees are calculated based on luggage size (S/M/L) and the number of storage days.
3. All fees, including Hub usage fees, are paid to the Company. Do not pay cash directly to Hub staff. The Company is not responsible for any direct transaction not made through the Company.
4. Oversized luggage (golf bags, etc.) is quoted separately.
Article 6 (Cancellation and Refund)
1. Cancellation before collection (check-in): full refund.
2. Cancellation after collection (check-in): a refund is not available.
3. If the Company cannot provide the service due to the Company's circumstances (vehicle breakdown, weather, etc.): full refund.
4. If the user cannot use the service due to force majeure such as a flight cancellation, please notify the Company immediately, and we will arrange rescheduling or a refund by mutual agreement.
5. Refunds are processed through the payment method (PayPal) and may take several days depending on the payment provider.
Article 7 (User's Obligations)
1. The user must provide accurate information (passport English name, contact details, accommodation address, flight). The user is responsible for service failures caused by inaccurate information.
2. When leaving luggage at a Hub, the user must take a photo clearly showing all luggage, upload it to the booking lookup screen, and complete the "Dropped off" confirmation. This confirmation is the basis of intake.
3. Each piece of luggage may not exceed 32 kg and 158 cm (sum of the three dimensions). Luggage exceeding this is handled separately as oversized.
4. The user must not place any prohibited item under Article 8 in the luggage.
Article 8 (Prohibited and Restricted Items)
1. Prohibited from checked transport (aviation/safety rules): power banks, spare lithium batteries, lighters, aerosols, flammable substances, and items whose transport is prohibited by law.
2. Excluded from compensation (if included, excluded from loss/damage compensation): cash, originals of ID documents such as passports, jewelry, electronics (laptops, cameras, tablets, etc.), medicines, perishable items, and fragile items (if packed without prior notice).
3. Please keep valuables, passports, and electronics with you at all times.
Article 9 (Receipt and Delivery of Luggage)
1. The Company records the condition of luggage with photos at the time of collection.
2. At airport delivery, luggage is handed over after verifying the booker's identity (matching the Booking Number or passport English name). Collection by a proxy is possible only when the Company is notified in advance.
3. Luggage Storage items are collected in person by the user at the Hub, and Hub staff process the handover.
4. If the user does not appear at the agreed time and cannot be reached, the Company may, after notifying by email/messenger, move the luggage to the Company's storage location or a Hub for safekeeping. Any additional storage fees and re-delivery costs incurred are borne by the user.
5. Luggage for which the user does not express an intention to collect within 14 days after notification may be handled in accordance with applicable laws (e.g., reporting as lost property to the police).
Article 10 (Special Provisions for Luggage Storage)
1. The storage period is up to 7 days.
2. After the booked collection time passes, an extension fee accrues on a daily basis, and the user can pay for the extension on the booking lookup screen.
3. Drop-off and collection are only possible within the Hub's business hours. Business hours are shown on the booking screen and the lookup screen.
4. Claims for loss or damage during storage should be made to the Company, not the Hub. The Company will receive and handle them.
Article 11 (Compensation)
1. If luggage is lost or damaged due to the Company's fault, the Company compensates up to ₩1,000,000 per piece of luggage.
2. Items exceeding ₩300,000 must be declared to the Company in advance at booking or before collection; undeclared high-value items are treated as ordinary undeclared items when calculating the compensation limit.
3. A compensation claim must be submitted to the Company within 24 hours after delivery (collection), together with evidence such as photos.
4. The following are excluded from compensation:
· Pre-existing scratches/stains and defects of the luggage itself
· Damage/loss of wheels, handles, and external attachments (straps, covers, name tags, etc.)
· Items excluded from compensation under Article 8(2)
· Natural damage to contents (e.g., contamination from liquid leakage, attributable to poor packing)
· Minor scratches occurring in the course of ordinary handling
5. Compensation under this Article is not insurance proceeds but compensation based on standards set by the Company.
Article 12 (Delay)
1. The Company strives to deliver at the scheduled time but may be delayed due to traffic, weather, airport conditions, etc.
2. When a delay is expected, the Company notifies the user by email/messenger. If the Company notifies of the delay by the day after the scheduled delivery date, it bears no liability for the delay itself.
3. The Company is not responsible for indirect damages (missed flights, trip cancellation costs, etc.) arising from delays not caused by the Company's willful misconduct or gross negligence.
Article 13 (Disclaimer)
1. The Company is not responsible for non-performance of the service due to force majeure such as natural disasters, war, strikes, the spread of infectious disease, or government measures. In such cases, fees for the non-performed portion are refunded.
2. The Company is not responsible for damages arising from the user providing inaccurate information or being unreachable.
Article 14 (Personal Information)
1. The Company collects the minimum personal information necessary to provide the service, and matters concerning its processing follow the "Privacy Policy."
2. If the user is an overseas resident, personal information may be transferred abroad during the booking/notification process; details follow the Privacy Policy.
Article 15 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
1. These Terms are interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea.
2. The court with jurisdiction over disputes related to the service shall be the Busan District Court having jurisdiction over the location of the Company.
